I have done all the troubleshooting tweaks, (Run as administrator, Trashed database and preferences, disabled startup items etc) Also have installed the latest 002 driver and tried different firewire cables as well as different 1394 ports.all to no avail. I use a SIIG PCI Firewire uld this be the problem? or maybe the 002 is faulty? When the computer boots up these words disappear, The Firewire 1394 LED flashes on and off. When I switch the 002 on it starts and the screen says Digi 002/ standby mode. I also have an audiophile 2496 installed, and when I enable it Pro Tools recognises the audiophile, but not the Digi 002. ![]() I am using a Digi 002 (Rev G with new power harness) and Pro Tools 9.0.6 on Windows 7 64 bit. When I try to launch Pro Tools, I get the error " Unable to locate hardware". I have had this intermittent problem the past few weeks (happening every 4 or 5 times I tried to open Pro Tools) It has now developed into a permanent issue.
